Had a great experience setting up multiple insurance policies. They took the time to walk through options and impacts and were able to offer all policies requested at very reasonable rates. Highly recommend.

We have been a customer with another ins co for over 21 years but that office left Frederick. I didn’t want to call a 1-800 number and get whom ever answer my phone call at that specific time. I was looking for a local ins agency for better customer service when I reached out Wachter Ins Agency. From the moment that Crystal answered my first phone call to answering all my questions to getting our new insurance policies in place, she absolutely far exceeded my expectations. Mr. Brian Wachter went step by step over what we were looking for and helped us improve what we had before. He saved us money and we ended up with better policies on auto and home insurance along with taking an umbrella coverage as well. Too bad we did not contact him a long time ago.
