Every interaction we have had with the people at Wachter Insurance Agency has been excellent. Brian is knowledgeable, and explains everything very clearly. He made the process of setting up our home and automobile policies so easy. And when we had a claim, the people at Wachter and all of the Erie Insurance personnel with whom we interacted were great. We recommend them very highly.

We lost are lost are local insurance provider a few years ago my wife and I have been playing the phone game with several insurance providers. We have not been satisfied and it has been a miserable experience for us. I decided to call Wachter Insurance Agency which is located in Middletown, MD where we live. I called the agency and explained our problems to the extremely nice customer service representative. Less than hour later Brian Wachter the owner called me and spent nearly an hour on the phone listening to what our needs were and said he could help us. After getting us a quote he asked if we could come to his office and sit down with him to explain our coverages and what to expect. Brian sat with us for over an hour explaining both our home and auto insurance to us and also found extra coverage that actually saved us. It was such a breath of fresh air and we’re extremely satisfied with the personal service we have experienced. I just wish I would’ve called Wachter Insurance Agency a couple of years ago!

Exceptional customer service. Brian was incredibly helpful and informative in going through all the necessary details of different policies allowing me to make the best informed decisions, and he was never pushy. Brian and his whole team provide excellent customer service, and are always great.
